About the Role:

Incognito Art Show is seeking a Creative Community Manager to Elevate Our Brand & Support our Growth

Are you a passionate and experienced Instagram expert with a knack for creating engaging organic content and a willingness to contribute to a dynamic team? 

We're looking for a talented individual to join our team on a retainer basis and manage our Social Media presence. As our Instagram Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Content Creation: Developing and curating high-quality, visually appealing content (images, videos, Reels, Stories) that aligns with our brand aesthetic and style guide.

  • Community Engagement: Building and nurturing our Instagram community by interacting with followers, responding to comments and DMs, and running engaging polls and Q&As.

  • Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries and providing support through Instagram DMs and comments, escalating complex issues as needed.

  • Strategy & Planning: Collaborating with us to develop a content calendar and strategy that drives organic growth and reaches our target audience.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitoring key metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and providing regular reports on performance.

  • Canva Proficiency: Creating visually stunning graphics and templates using Canva, ensuring consistency with our brand guidelines.

  • Style Guide Adherence: Maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all Instagram content.

  • Operational Support: Contributing to broader team initiatives and providing support as needed, which may include tasks related to processing orders, collating artworks, distributing orders and artist packs and other administrative tasks. This is a collaborative role, and flexibility is appreciated.

About You:

  • Proven experience managing and growing Instagram/Facebook/Tik Tok accounts organically. (Portfolio or case studies are a plus!)

  • Strong understanding of Instagram/Facebook/Tik Tok algorithms, trends, and best practices.

  • Excellent visual storytelling skills and a keen eye for aesthetics.

  • Proficiency in Canva and other relevant design tools.

  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.

  • A team player with a willingness to contribute beyond social media management.

  • A passion for art is a bonus!
